Based on her background in administration, she developed a desire to invest in other leaders sharing many lessons learned during her tenure. She has a passion for influencing highly motivated leaders to realize limitless potential and maximize leadership impact on their world.

Qualifications and Education

  • Michelle is dually Masters prepared with a MEd in Human Resource and Organizational Development and MHA with Leadership Specialization.
  • She is a Certified Executive Coach, achieving certification via the Center for Executive Coaching, an ACTP (Approved Coach Training Provider) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
  • Michelle is an Authorized Partner with Wiley Everything DiSC, Agile EQ, Workplace and Work of Leaders.
  • She is a certified facilitator through Development Dimensions International (DDI)
  • She is certified to administer the Lominger Voices 360° assessment.
  • Michelle has nearly 3 decades of leadership and executive experience qualifying her to bring out the best in other leaders and to help them find authenticity, fulfillment and purpose.

Although themes may be similar client to client, we have found there are enough differences that an out of the box solution is not the optimal approach. We partner with every client to craft an engagement based on individual and organizational specifics.
